Hi @Micaiah_Chau, welcome to the forums!
So far, everyone who has had this issue has managed to resolve it. The only question has been which of the many possible solutions, or combination of solutions, works for you.
Here’s a checklist, from simple to complex.
- 1. Double-check Enabled Network Adapters
- 2. Launch Maya/Blender as admin
- 3. Fix broken WMI
- 4. Re-install network drivers
- 5. “Normal Startup” Boot Mode
- 6. Replace TurboActivate 5.0 for Ragdoll
- 7. Replace TurboActivate 5.0 for Locomotion (if present)
- 8. Confirm that it was done properly
Try stepping through this list, and I expect you will find the one that works for you.
We agree this is an awful amount of work to have to do to run Ragdoll, and we will be moving away from this licencing software in the future because of this. But until then, these are the hoops we’ll need to jump through.
