Like the title says, I cannot click and drag the handles. Specifically in Limit mode and Scene Scale mode. The handle is selected but impossible to move. In the case of Scene Scale, I can drag the handle but it jumps to a

Looks like a bug indeed, thanks for reporting this. When you click them, are there any messages under Window > Toggle System Console?
I’m also noticing an interesting FOV or camera perspective, based on the very shallow grid. Can you try with the default Blender camera or default settings? That looks especially related.
So there’s no message in the Console. BUT, you were right, I was working in orthographic view and not perspective! In perspective view it works correctly!
