I can install the addon normally but the button tells me to download the 2024.5.23 version but I don’t know how to or can’t. Pls help

If you click on that menu item, it should take you to the download page for Ragdoll Core, here:
The Blender addon is what integrates Blender and Core, which is where the actual simulation takes place.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
It worked, thank you so much for the help. Idk why the button took me to the blender intergration and not the ragdoll core, but it works now. Looking forward to using the addon.
