Strange baking problem and an easy fix

I did my simulation and it all looked great!
When I rendered out the animation, I saw my motion blur had crazy spikes/glitches
it turned out the keyframes did a 360-rotate in my animation curves.

If you use the native Blender baker right after baking the simulation with the Ragdoll baker
That fixes that issue, no crazy motion blur in sight, no 360 spins.

Looking at it, it may look great and you can’t see any issues,
But you HAVE to use the blender baker right after, it will save you and your motion blur
