Ragdoll Licencing Error: 17

Hello friends, today I switched to a new PC and after entering the license it gives this error, I’m working in Blender, please help

Hi @NSA_Studio, this is an issue with virtual machines and/or later versions of Windows. Send your serial via our contact form and someone (most likely me) will help you out.

I need to send the serial number of what exactly?

That would be the serial number of your licence, it would look something like this:

  • UIH3-JPZI-U3PV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

It should be the number you enter in order to get Error: 17, or maybe I’m misunderstanding how you got it?

Would it be possible to list the steps you’ve taken to get to the error?
