Hi, having trouble with offline activation. Once the serial number and the key are pasted and I click ‘Activate’, the following page comes up all empty. Tried it on 3 different browsers but no luck.
Unfortunately I can’t make the Ragdoll plugin to see the internet otherwise, so this is my only option.

Do you have a Ragdoll Freelancer licence by any chance? This licence does unfortunately not support offline activation.
For offline activation your options are Ragdoll Complete or Unlimited.
You are welcome to either upgrade from your Freelancer licence, or request a refund. Reach out to support@ragdolldynamics.com with your serial for specifics.
