Nothing happen

hi, sorry for my bad grammer

i testing the trial version of ragdoll dynamic.
in blender,
in pose mode ,after selecting bone and i clicked assign and connect
only assign markesr box appear in the left corner.

no markers are appear and connect. nothing happen.
when i open system console,

i got this

This looks like an incompatibility with your display device/driver. I haven’t seen this before, would it be possible to tell me about your:

  • Operating system, e.g. Windows 11?
  • Display device, e.g. Geforce 1080?

i using window 10 pro on dell laptop
i have intel(R) UHD Graphics 620, Radeon™520.

is there any problem with this line

Ah, yes I suspect we haven’t tested enough with you graphics hardware. Does your laptop have a second GPU, such as an AMD or NVIDIA GPU?

Your device should be supported, so I suspect this is an issue on our end. I’ll see if we can address this, but it may take some time.

i thought i don’t have enough gpu because of this line

Version 2024.05.23 includes a possible fix for this, please give it a try!
