Issue with activating / deactivated floating license server


We are experiencing and issue with our Floating license. When we try to activate we get a
“Failed to activate”
“The product key has already been activated on the maximum number of computers.”

But when we try to deactivate we get
“Failed to deactivate”
“Error code 0x3. Contact support or your system administrator.”

The hardware / computer we use for the floating license server did not change. Any help would be appreciated!

We’ve just launched this new service where you can deactivate licences remotely, I’ll email your login credentials in juts a moment as it is currently in beta (and any feedback is most welcome, even here on the forums).
