How do I make the marker match the shape of the stairs?

How can I make the marker for the stairs match the actual shape of the photoscaned stairs? I have tried replacing mesh but it doesn’t work.

Can you try “Assign Environment” ? See if this helps. :point_down:

And you might want to make its poly count lower.

I’ve tried assigning it as enviroment, but it’s still not working.

Make sure you assign only the environment, and not both. Are you able to include a video of what it looks like?

Alternatively, you can divide the mesh into pieces, one per step, and then assign normally.
