Bake to joints


I was wondering what should be the workflow for using joints to create markers but then bake simulation to let’s say IK spine, IK leg and FK arms on anim layers for example. I thought I can create markers on controls but then I wouldn’t know if animators are using FK or IK and I don’t want to create different combinations of ragdolls for each scenario.

Is there a way to bake or retarget on selected controls and such?
